Rose A. Hazlett is a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, with over 30 years of combined military experience. She is also a nursing faculty member at El Centro College and a graduate research assistant in Texas Woman’s University’s Pioneering Nursing’s Future: Excellence through Diversity program.
