Job Description:
Nursing: Three positions – one at Hamilton campus and two at Middletown campus available for Assistant/Associate Professor to provide classroom and clinical instruction for baccalaureate students (prelicensure & completion); advise and recruit students; participate in committees; undertake curriculum development in collaboration with department faculty; conduct scholarly and faculty development activities; provide service to university community and profession; assume other responsibilities as assigned by the chair.
Require:
- Master's degree in nursing;
- enrollment in a doctoral program at the time of interview;
- minimum of 2 years (24 months) clinical experience with adults who have medical and surgical health care issues;
- current or eligible for Ohio RN license;
- appointment as Associate Professor requires established record research/scholarship and completed doctoral degree.
Desire:
- Doctoral degree in nursing or related field;
- teaching experience with baccalaureate and/or master&'s nursing students.
