Job Description:
Administrator position responsible for management of all educational programming/services provided by Health Science Institute (HSI).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's of Science in Nursing plus five (5) year's experience as a professional nurse or comparable experience.
* Doctorate degree in related discipline preferred.
* Three (3) years teaching experience in a pre-licensure professional nursing program or comparable experience.
* Two (2) year's experience in an administrative capacity.
* Current licensure for professional nursing in Missouri.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Preference will be given to individuals who possess:
* PhD preferred
* Experience working in a complex environment
* Experience planning & executing educational programming
* Experience leading instructional innovation
* Experience supervising & leading diverse group of employees
* Teaching experience at the community college level
* Fiscal management experience
* Community outreach experience
COMPENSATION:
Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

* Position will remain open until filled.
* Applicants selected for interview will be required to prepare a ten (10)-minute presentation on an assigned topic.

o Provide a brief explanation of your leadership role in instructional innovation; include examples of innovation instruction that you have participated in and the role you played.
2. A resume to include three professional references with name, address, and phone number.
3. Current license for professional nursing in Missouri.
4. Official or student copies of your transcripts.
Official transcripts will be required if selected for an interview.
