Job Description:
Full-time positions based on the Chatham County Campus in Pittsboro, NC and the Harnett County Campus in Lillington, NC but will occasionally require supervision of students at various clinical sites. The successful candidate will plan and administer courses in the Practical Nursing program, to include courses such as Practical Nursing I, II, and III. This position also requires the successful candidate to advise students, serve on college committees, and to assist the department chairperson in support of curricular or institutional duties.
Salary Range: $4,112 to $4,639 monthly (12 month schedule). Benefits included
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Master’s Degree in Nursing (If not completed, Master’s credential must be in progress).
Current licensure with the NC Board of Nursing.
Minimum three years professional nursing experience in a clinical setting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching at the community college level in both traditional and distance education formats.
