The Senior Associate Dean serves as the Chief Academic Officer within the College of Nursing to provide visionary leadership in planning, implementing, and evaluating outstanding bachelors, masters and doctoral programs. This individual provides administrative oversight of academic programs and daily college operations. This individual provides leadership in assessing program needs and recruiting, retaining and assigning highly qualified faculty.
Qualified candidates will be doctorally prepared, eligible for appointment at senior ranks, have a history of experience in undergraduate and graduate nursing education and progressive leadership responsibility in academic administration. Position will be available May, 2012.
