An immediate opportunity is available for a Simulation Lab & Clinical Coordinator at our main campus in Grand Rapids. This exciting opportunity will allow you to teach in our state-of-the-art facility using the most up-to-date equipment and materials to provide the best hands-on learning environment for students. This position is responsible for establishing and promoting an effective learning environment for students and successfully achieving learning outcomes for assigned courses relating to the simulation/skills lab and the clinical learning settings. Additional responsibilities include the implementation of a current and practical curriculum, securing clinical learning sites, implementation of all aspects of the stimulation/skills lab curriculum, patient simulations and experiential lab learning.
Not only are our degreed programs accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, the BSN-RN completion program, associate's in nursing, and diploma in practical nursing are all accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission, Inc. In addition, DU’s BSN pre-licensure program is approved by the Michigan Board of Nursing and accredited by the NLNAC. The growth of our University and program means there is huge potential for experienced instructors to advance into management and director positions.
