The Situation Of Nursing IN OMan
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
IF YOU REALLY CARE FOR THE SERVICE!!!!!
INTRODUCTION
I am a staff nurse who is serving this ministry since several years and I have spent half of those years on courses and Education but at the end I have found that I must fall sick or have big wasta to achieve a post in the directorate of nursing Dhofar region.
CAUSE
This thing is making a lot of pressures on the hard working nurses in the region who are working very hard to help the patients in need and when someone opens his mouth to speak 10 hands well be trying to close his mouth or stop his pen from complaining or talking.
PROBLEM
The very junior nurse (Amal Ali Suhail Al-Amri) Directorate of Health services Dhofar region had a new change of uniform (director level uniform) to be the assistant director of nursing in Dhofar without a single qualification and only 3 years of experience and all over this psychosomatic illness how can she manage this can anyone answer all the experienced nurses in the Dhofar region?!!!!!!!!!!I am sure that every one reads this massage will be surprised but if you are really interested in improving the health services in Oman, investigate this matter and ask for the qualifications and the reason for her post.
Thanks,
